What an extraordinary summer it has been in Paris! We have seen the hand of God at work in ways we have prayed for and longed to see. Miracles, breakthroughs, and long-awaited doors have opened, and we are standing in awe of what He is doing. Before we share our update, we want to extend a special invitation.
From October 22 through November 18, we will be in the U.S. We still have a few Sundays and midweeks open, and we would be honored to minister in your church. It would be an honor to share in person what God is doing in Paris and to believe with you for revival in your city. If you are interested in scheduling a service, please contact us and we will work to arrange something.
A 2ND CAMPUS IS LAUNCHED
At the close of summer, after much prayer and preparation, we launched our second campus on the opposite side of Paris with more than 30 people present. This marks the first tangible step toward our long-term vision: a church in all 20 districts of the city.
This new campus (PCC17) is being led by Baptiste and Alicia Ricard. Baptiste came to Paris Centre Church seven years ago, bound by addiction. Today, he is a man transformed by grace, living with consecration and anointing, alongside his faithful wife, Alicia, who came to us by way of the UPCI STM program. As AIMers they are doing an outstanding job. Their story is an amazing testimony of discipleship bearing fruit that multiplies. Please join us in praying for the Ricards and this new campus.
EQUIPPING THE CHURCH FOR EVANGELISM
One of the highlights of our summer was hosting a conference with the prophetic ministries of Harmon Carson and Adrian Hall. They equipped our church to minister boldly: praying for the sick, sharing the Gospel, and leading people into Spirit baptism.
The immediate results were astonishing. Members began walking through parks and city streets, stopping to pray with strangers. Many people were moved to tears as the Holy Spirit touched them right there in public. Numerous miracles occurred, but even more significant was the shift in our people. An evangelistic fire was ignited that is still burning.
HEALING IS HERE!
God continues to confirm His Word with signs following. During a recent message entitled One Second Away, miracles were released across the sanctuary. By the end of the service, nine people testified of healing and one received the Holy Spirit. In the middle of the message, a woman named Rita was instantly healed of long-term knee problems. When the Great Physician steps into the room, everything can change in a moment. To God be the glory for the great things He is doing.
A few weeks earlier, Jean-Michel came to us asking for prayer after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. He firmly believed that Jesus could heal him. We anointed him with oil and prayed the prayer of faith. Honestly, I had forgotten about this encounter until he returned, overflowing with joy. With tears in his eyes, he kept repeating, “I am healed! I am HEALED!” He explained that after our prayer, he was completely healed, and the doctors have now declared him cancer-free. We rejoice with our brother and give all glory to Jesus for this great miracle.
AN UNEXPECTED DOOR
Earlier this summer, a Catholic group reached out asking for baptisms and teaching on the Holy Spirit. Although Jen and I were away that weekend, our PCC17 campus pastors and PI students stepped in to minister. They baptized three people, prayed with many, and began building relationships.
This Catholic group has expressed that they look to us for spiritual leadership. We consider this both an honor and a responsibility. We are praying for lasting fruit from this connection and for God to open even more unexpected doors of influence.
A STRATEGIC BASE IN THE HEART OF PARIS
For several years, we searched for a central office space, only to be turned away once landlords discovered we were a church. This summer, God provided a breakthrough. We secured an office right in the very center of Paris. We now have 7 full-time ministry volunteers so this office has become critical!
For the first time, our growing team can work side by side, host Bible studies, gather for staff meetings, and maintain a permanent presence in the city center. We are still praying for a permanent worship facility, but this office marks a major step forward. To those who helped us set it up, thank you. You made this miracle possible.
